I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. From the start, I clearly explained my situation and asked if there was any point in coming in if they couldn’t approve me for the vehicle. The employee insisted I come, giving me the impression that everything was fine. I left my job and drove over, only to find out exactly what I suspected – they could not give me the car. This was a complete waste of my time, costing me two hours for nothing. It’s frustrating to deal with a business that does not value honesty or their customers’ time. If you respect your time and want transparent communication, think twice before dealing with this dealership. I will make sure people know how I was treated so they can avoid the same experience

What a horrible experience. Don't even waste your time. I called and talked to someone day before amd set appt. Then texted all day long about a specific car and questions. He knew we were coming from well over an hour away at night. Told them I didn't want to waste our time coming up so had questions. Barely answered. Should have known then. I was told the car would be ready for us to look at and test drive. Get there and car was buried in back behind other cars. Could barely even see in dark. No lights. Oil change light on insane. Just bare minimum stuff. Red flags everywhere. Then get inside to copy license and diff sales guy starts asking about budget. Car listed on website and car gurus at $15.6k. Was a repo. Dinged up, etc. Then when getting ready to take it out, he tells me that is

Andrew was absolutely phenomenal!! This was the most exciting car buying experience I’ve ever had! Communication was straightforward and professional yet very much personable. Would recommend 100%. I would travel 8 hours again for this type of service!
