Priceless Car Rental

Even though construction was going on, the crew made sure to get someone in at the time of my appointment, and were able to very kindly accommodate my rental at a great rate. They made sure the car was well maintained and had a fresh oil change. The owners were both very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this business and it’s hard workers from the secretary’s to the people on the phones. Thanks again and many blessings! I’ll be back and will highly recommend you guys! Bless you!

WORST of the WORST!!! I returned the car yesterday on time and I place the key in the mail box as they told me to. Today I just checked that you double charged me for everything and my bill is different that what I signed to. Please check on the camera when I got back and place the key in the mail box. I called many times and sent emails no response. Big scammers!!! Here is the receipt I got it!! And after the “owner” comment me down there that he will take care of it they still charged me $188 for this and returned me $16 Screwing up the customers!!!

My nonprofit organization has rented a passenger van from Priceless 2 years in a row now for our annual fundraising pub crawl. Rosalee couldn't have been nicer helping with our booking, and Trish, Jen, and Ashley were friendly and helpful when I returned the van. Really happy with Priceless. Leaving one star off because off a small issue with speaker on right side of the van, but otherwise, was in great shape and felt very safe!

Rosalie as gone beyond the call of duty for me and my family. I have had to rent for months and she has been professional, friendly, and knowledgable in a world where exceptional customer service is a rarity. How refreshing. Thank you to her and her amazing team.

I do not recommend this people at all, the lack of professionalism is insane. I had used this company for at least 20 times and the service these guys have given me is always very obnoxious. On August 18, I had reserved a 14 people van, I was supposed to pick it up at 9:00am, but upon my arrival I, I was told that the van would be unavailable until 10:30am, nobody from the staff called me to inform me about this, however they have a system and I had to pay in advance for the whole day. They didn’t even apologized. Additionally, I want to highlight that the vans they rent are extremely old and dirty.
