Priceless

I have to say I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Jennifer helped me through out the process. I live a bit far but after speaking with her over the phone I trusted she would take good care of me. I appreciate the effort she put into making sure I got the truck I wanted with a fair deal. I felt very comfortable and very much at home during the entire process. The process was quick and simple. I drove home to surprise my kids with this beautiful truck that will be with us for many memories. So glad I made the decision in choosing this dealership. If you are looking for a dealership.. stop your searching and go to this dealership. You won’t regret it. They will help you regardless of your credit situation.

Within 2 hours of having the truck, the automatic steps stopped working and the alternator was bad. They did not honor the 2 year warranty that came with the truck on contract. They stopped answering the phone and when I went in to handle the situation they said there was nothing they would do about it because it was not a major part of the truck.

I put in application for a truck at priceless Odenton location and showed up there on Sunday as they claim to be open 12-3 but they were closed, waited until today to hear anything but I did not. I reached out to ultimate auto where I found out myself that’s where the truck is located not at odenton priceless, I was not aware of 2 different dealerships, i was directed to call priceless to see about my application because she don’t have it and the person on the phone at priceless said that “she don’t know what she is talking about she is just a sales lady and all the applications go to our main location at ultimate” I go to call ultimate again and that same lady don’t have my application and I’m told to apply again after she called the guy from priceless location “dumb”.
