The reviews are real and glad I trusted them! Grateful to have found Pride Auto in Parker. About as easy to work with as it comes with a level of trust you don't normally get with auto shops. Beyond exceptional service, very fair pricing, and trusted work. Less expensive that 2 other shops I went to for Upper Oil Pan + Struts on my GMC Sierra. I was so happy with the service quality and communication, turn around time, and cost that when I picked up my Sierra, I dropped off my '91 Camaro for them to handle a rear break issue. I held off fixing the camaro as the other shop was quite expensive and I wasn't sure if what I was being told was true. Josh went above and beyond taking care of my "baby". These guys are the best! Josh is my go to guy for my 2017 Jeep Wrangler - he really knows his stuff and I feel confident taking my vehicle there knowing that it will be repaired properly every time. There is a comfy sofa, coffee and WiFi access where I can work while waiting, or they are even kind enough to arrange a transport service to get me home. Looks like they work on a huge variety of cars, and they are so transparent with their customers. They don’t price gouge like some other places and I like the “family feel” of this place. They have gained a customer for life. If you haven’t been there yet, go check them out. You’ll be glad you did!

Straight out the best customer service as well as workmanship. Took my 2017 F150 in for the gas/diesel issues from Kinf Soopers. They ran my truck on the computer and knew exactly what was wrong with it. A few minutes later. Josh gives us a call and tell us the truck will be ready the same day. Like what the what even on a Saturday. That’s like a sham wow moment. You guys earned my best business forever. Seriously true life savers as we use our truck for business and Josh and his team literally saved the day. Truly a true mechanic shop that cares for you and your vehicles

We were able to see Josh for a pre purchase inspection same day and he was awesome! He gave us real reliable feedback about the car we were interested in buying. Can’t recommend Pride enough and will definitely be bringing our cars for work done here

These guys are amazing and literally life saving for my child. They have exceeded "above and beyond" and have earned my loyalty. Very honest, helpful and very reasonably priced. They truly care about their clients and take a lot of pride in their work. They helped us through a very difficult situation with noticing and fixing dangerous work done on our vehicle. They truly cared, including waiting 3 days to start on the car while I fought with the previous shop. They've redone the messed up work and repaired subsequent damage for what I paid for the original work. I literally owe my childs life to them! I'm very tough to impress with auto services and there isn't enough room to praise them! Thank you to each and everyone at Pride. Both Josh's, Dillon, Bobby, just for starters. We are loyal
