Pride Collision Center

This was a highly recommended shop but craftsmanship and pride were lacking. Only good thing about the experience was customer service. Otherwise I would not recommend this shop. We had our rear bumper and cover replaced after an accident. We had to bring the vehicle back due to missing paint, uneven body line, and screws sticking out. Even after getting it back again the hitch cover is falling off now and a plug fell in front of the exhaust system that clearly wasn’t reinstalled correctly.

Best my car has ever looked. Someone smashed into the side of it on Christmas morning on the highway when I was coming home from work. It looks and smells brand new!

Friendly service. Made good on an issue found with a repair. No hassle, no fuss. They were understanding and fixed the problem. Set up rental and returned rental.

My truck was vandalized two weeks ago in a parking lot. The windshield and sunroof were completely shattered and glass was embedded everywhere inside. Pride collision towed my truck without incident. They appraised the damage and worked with my insurance company very quickly. They were communicative, friendly, and easy to deal with. The work took a little longer than expected but by no fault of Pride. The sunroof glass was a back order from RAM. I picked up my truck today and the work looks great. My truck looks very clean and you would never know the damage took place. I don't know what more you could ask. I would recommend Pride to anyone. And though I would happily do business again, I hope it's not for this reason. Thank you!

Awesome service! Took great care of my car, and kept me updated regularly. Thank you for fixing my Corolla! It looks better than ever! Update: nine months after my car was hit, it was hit AGAIN by a hit and run. The only place I was willing to take my car for repairs was Pride Collision. Anna was again, awesome, and they did another fantastic job on my poor car, and it again looks brand new! I highly recommend Pride Collision for any car repair needs! As much as I love the service at Pride, though, I do hope this doesn't become a yearly visit!!
