I had never used a car broker before and now I will never use anyone else but Mark Thomas! He arrived to my home on the dot of our appointment and was professional, extremely knowledgeable about the car market and very personable. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me (I am 82 years old and needed a lot of explanation about the newest technology etc.) He got me an incredible deal for a brand new BMW 530i and the whole experience was seamless and stress-free.
