The entire process was great! We loved being able to get a quote and schedule our appointment via text. They have great availability. Everyone was incredibly kind and knowledgeable at all points in the process! We have done both window tint and windshield replacement with Prime, and we highly recommend them for both.

They were so incredibly kind and helpful. They did all the behind the scenes stuff to get everything worked out with insurance. It was completely hassle free and easy. And the windshield replacement was less expensive than other places I checked. I’d definitely go back.

They are so good to work with! I was so impressed with how Prime Auto glass worked with my crazy schedule. I dropped it off late (keys in drop box) and they sent me a text that they moved the car into the shop over night and then locked my keys in my car for me so I could pick it up in the evening after hours. The best service with great communication. I really appreciated them!!! They also had the best price. :)

These guys are seriously the best. They always take care of you. You are in and out in no time at all. They do such a good job. I would highly recommend them with your car or truck.
