My time with Prime Auto Imports was an absolute pleasure! I’m not the kind of person to jump into anything and purchasing a car is not excluded from that. I had a Cadillac CTS that I drove for 15 years and it was a great car , never letting me down. However it was time to get a new car and I was terrified to make the leap! I finally after two years of searching and not being satisfied came upon Prime Auto and although it was a three hour drive from my home I had finally felt comfortable, satisfied, and complete when they showed me this Volvo S90!!! I loved it the minute I saw it ! I knew this was the car for me ! Now if only the price was gonna be right as well as the experience… Well they did not disappoint, they were there for me with all my questions and provided me with the right price

Drove 2 hours from PA without even driving the vehicle and was not disappointed. Flawless purchase and an excellent price for an amazing vehicle. Kevin was very helpful and it was a great experience. We will look here FIRST for all future auto purchases and highly recommend to family and friends. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!!!!!

We experienced excellent communication, honesty, and professionalism from this dealership. We dealt primarily with Gabriel and secondarily with Kevin, and they were both a pleasure to work with. We live 350 miles away from the dealer in Buffalo, NY, and were initially a little skeptical about buying a car unseen, not driven, and on-line, but it is exactly as advertised, and they arranged to have it shipped to us within 48 hours of payment.
