I've had my car about 4 months, in that time it has needed new front and rear breaks, a new battery, the tires need replaced soon as they're squealing every time I turn, and now it's possible the AC is broken. Oh and of course- an oil change and car registration 2 months after getting it... its cost so much extra money. I know owning a car is expensive to keep up with but these issues show that the car really didn't have much work done beforehand and I feel stupid for even going with this company. I just really needed a car, don't let any desperation to have a vehicle make you overlook anything important where purchasing a car is concerned, I wish I had went somewhere else. I want to thank Tony and the Prime Auto team for a second great experience this past weekend. I purchased a second vehicle from them, a 2015 Jeep Latitude, and could not be happier. The Prime Auto team are great people and legitimately make every reasonable effort to work with you. For that, I am a loyal customer for life and there isn't another used car dealership I trust. I attached my newest purchase as well as a picture of last year's purchase. Both Jeeps, especially the older 2008 one continue to run with simply regular maintenance and a little extra TLC. Can't say enough good things about Prime Auto. I've never gotten this flexibility and help at the bigger dealerships.
