DO NOT USE PRIME AUTO (I didn't even want to five 1 star, but had to in order to make the review) This company "purchased" a transmission from us. They paid $1850.62 for this transmission and sold it to their customer for $1400. Why are they able to go beneath the price they bought it for? Because they used someone else's credit card without them knowing, this person disputed the charge on their credit card and received their money back for a purchase that they really did not make, Prime Auto did without them knowing. Now I am out of a transmission and out of money.

❌❗️WARNING AVOID THIS BUSINESS❗️❌ First of all they have changed their address multiple times! First it was in Buford, then some home address, now it’s in Albany? the business doesn’t even appear in the photo. It’s a gas station in the middle of nowhere! These people lie and lie and lie. No respect AT ALL. Verified my motor with them with photos and they still sent me the wrong one. After verifying it again 4 times they almost sent me another incorrect motor. Then they said they had the correct one and will be shipped same week. I call back and they then tell me it’s my fault I ordered the wrong motor. An if I want the correct one. I have to pay for the shipping to send it back plus a $955 restocking fee. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD.

Please be very careful with the place of business. I've ordered the wrong parts for my vehicle and shipped the parts back for a refund. They have failed to return my calls and emails. I'm still dealing with this issue and this took place in March and now this is the end of May. I wish I could give this place of business zero stars. I'm filing a compliant with BBB today. No response, no refund, but you got my money.

I wish I could put negative stars! By far the worst company I've ever delt with! I ordered my part on 2/10/23 still not received it!! And they must save the number because now I'm forwarded straight to voice mail! $2300 I paid and almost a month and a half no product and no help from them to get my refund. There are many more reputable businesses in this line of work. I'm filling a suit to get my money back, going to better business bureau these people are fraudulent and do not waste time or money doing business with them!!!!!!! HORRIBLE RUN AWAY FROM PRIME AUTO PARTS!!!!!!

I ordred a tansmission from them feb.23rd 2023, it was $3,187.60.They gave me a delivery day of 7 days. After the delivery date had passed by several days I called them. They told me the transmission was damaged but they had another one for $1,800.00 more. I told the sales guy that is OK I will pass on that. I told the sales guy at this point to issue a credit back on my card and he said there would be a $ 50.00 processin fee, I said Excuse Me!! He said sorry Sir but that is the company policy. I excalimed that you want to charge me a fee on a item you now can not deliver. I told him I wanted a complete refund. Long story short I have been waitng for over a month now with no luck. Now when I call either the customer service # or sales # I get connected to voicemail. I have filed a comp
