Aram did an inspection of my truck so I can sell it to a third party. Noted that it had a vacuum leak and coolant tank needed to be replaced. I ask for proof of pictures and they couldn’t get it. My coolant was topped off and no idling issues. Then I even texted the guy to let me know why they wrote that and he didnt respond back. They are not back up by the BBB. Just trying to scam people out of money.

We purchased our first vehicle through Prime over the weekend for my son’s first car. Both guys were friendly, super knowledgeable and did not make us feel pressured in the process with went pretty quickly. We will definitely be back next time we need to purchase another vehicle.

Highly recommend this dealer. In 2019 I bought my Dodge Ram promaster City. Also bought my first vehicle from this seller in 2016 when he was working with the different company. It was silver C230 Mercedes. Now I bought Golf GTI from him. So far all my vehicles were very clean and in a great conditions. Very reliable and responsive car dealer who will fix a minor issues if it occurs. Thank you so much 🙌🏼

Bought a car from Aram March 31st, as of August 29th the vehicle has still not been registered with the DMV. I contacted him August 6th and he asked me to send him the VIN. 3 weeks later and no response to numerous attempts to get an answer I showed up in person. He blamed the 3rd party he uses for the car not being registered. I demanded he do it now. It's been a week since and I still don't have the car registered. Sad to see I'm not the only one he has done this to. Be careful.

We purchased a 2015 Kia Optima from Aram 10 months ago and found out from our lender that the vehicle was never transferred to us. We gave Aram 3 weeks to correct the registration and pay the past-due registration fees, but he has not followed through on his promises. If you check with the Better Business Bureau, you'll find that there are others whom Aram has done this to. Dealers are not always responsible for cars that turn out to have issues, but they are always responsible for completing changes in title. I like Aram, but would not deal with him until he cleans up his business practices. I will update my review if he completes the registration as promised.
