Prime Time Auto Care

I called regarding a large nail in my tire and Josh happily answered and confidently told me to come in and they would handle it quickly. I have 3 children under the age of 6 who all fell asleep on my way to Prime Time Auto Care/Stallions. Fernando plugged the hole within a few minutes while my kids stayed asleep in the car. I will absolutely be returning based on their customer service, timeliness and efficiency. Thank you Josh and Fernando!!

The team at primetime were so friendly and professional and accommodating. I wanted to write a review! I had to drive to their facility with a flat tire and park it outside their parking area New Year’s Eve and they kept my car safe for me while I had to figure out how to get back to their location bc I live 1.5hrs away. They assured me my car was safe and not to worry!!! They made an otherwise stressful situation much less stressful!!

YELP reviews (3.7) reveal a much clearer picture of customer experiences with MAJOR repairs. They earned 0 stars. Invoice states "Quality work you can trust", a complete falsehood. I financed work done in March 2025 to replace a motor with a "lightly used" one for a grand total of just over $8000 with a warranty of 12 mos/12K miles. In Nov. 2025 (9 months and 15K miles later), after suffering another breakdown that has been since directly diagnosed as tied to this motor/engine repair, I called to inquire about the warranty. I only provided the invoice number and just wanted to clarify the details. The manager Josh answered, "looked up" the invoice number, referenced the repair date, and claimed the warranty was only 9 months and attempted to explain via phone that it sounds like something

My check engine light came on and I stopped at Prime Auto. I'm very glad I did. I live in Monterey and didn't have time for car problems. I had no appointment but they went to work on my car immediately, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and installed it promptly. The true sign of the quality of a business is how they handle problems. A few glitches popped up but were handled quickly, professionally, and to my satisfaction. Thank you.

5 Stars Had a great experience at Inner City Auto Repair! The team member who attended us was very professional, quick, and most importantly—honest. He went out of his way to try and locate the part we needed for our truck, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available nearby. Even though we couldn't wait for it, he still took the time to check everything at no charge. Thank you, sir, for your fast and honest service. We truly appreciate it and highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable auto care!
