Prime Time Parts and Warranty

I have owned campers for 25 years but this has been the worst dealership experience I have had in those 25 years! My wife and I purchased a new Prime Time LaCrosse camper from Carolina RV in Myrtle Beach. We have had problem after problem with the camper but most notably has been the AC units, manufactured by Furion. They have never worked properly from the start. Carolina RV has had the camper numerous times and have tried solution after solution but have failed to get these units to work. The last time I took the camper in, I even offered to pay for Carolina RV to replace these units with a different brand but they assured me they would get these ACs working like they should. I hooked up with these people because I had a roof leak. I tried taking it to the dealership 4 time's for repair and it was never fixed. This place went above and beyond fixing our camper. Prime Time really stand's behind their products..
