Jay at Primetime Autos was excellent to work with! We got a great car at a great price, complete with Carfax history on the car. Jay and the rest of the team were very low pressure and the price was very straightforward, no hidden fees like you get at some other dealerships. We would love to come back here for our next car!

I never leave reviews but, I felt I needed to leave this review. This place is a scam! I bought an Audi A3 from them, a week after i bought the vehicle had a check engine light. I went back to them so they could figure it out. They said it was a bad sensor and that it was nothing. They reset the codes and let me go that day I told them to order the part so they can fix it. They never did, me being stubborn since the check engine light turned off. I didnt go back plus I have a really busy schedule. The oil also has been leaking since the purchase of the vehicle. I had to add more oil to the car after a month from when I had the oil changed. As a person who is very person centered and customer service oriented, I had the MOST AMAZING experience at this dealership!! I have never financed a car in my life and was absolutely terrified but TONY made everything perfect!! He walked me through every step and sold me a car that hadn't even been listed yet, and even took care of a minor flaw in my nearly perfect car with a brand new battery that includes a warranty on that particular situation. He is a family man (which I love) with his wife and kids who were excited to visit for lunch, and upon my revisit was met with a friend who knew him "since we were kids" and spoke highly of not only the dealership, but the people, AND the car I bought!! After a long week of searching my grandfather and I finally went to prime time as we just drove past it, I was completely over car searching because it’s a stressful thing. I bought a Toyota Corolla 2006 4 years ago. I thought it wouldn’t need a warranty. 3 days later the transmission went out! I called them and they said to bring it to them. I said no because the ratings were bad. He told me to have them do small fix it things to get the light to go out. I said no. I took it to A1 transmission and there were small pieces throughout the transmission. It was trashed.. 4000 dollars later I called and asked them to help pay for it. They said no. I threatened to call the Board of Auto Repair. Nothing. I told him I knew they bought Their cars at auction and turned off the cleared the codes and drove them gently 50 miles so they would pass smog and sold them. I found out that if you file a complaint with DMV it is a ding against them. If they get enough complaints
