Primo’s took great care of my Jeep Cherokee. Shoutout to Dean from Value Towing as well for the recommendation! Great folks at both establishments and quality work. Even went the extra mile and provided an oil change service free of charge. Jeep is running like a champ. Shoutout to Claude and everyone at Primo’s.

Never in my life..have I waited so long to get 1 tire put on my car. I arrived at 2pm…the old workers they have wasn’t done until 630pm. I will never come here again. $80 for one used tire. And the wait was over 4 hours smh. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I feel it is my civic duty to post my OPINION of Primo Auto. I am opposed to taking unfair advantage of anyone let alone senior citizens. Within a span of 2 months, 2 completely unrelated vehicles were taken to Primo Auto for repair--2 unrelated owners and 2 unrelated vehicles. The vehicles were owned 2 senior citizens. According to owner / mechanic at Primo Auto, both vehicles had the same problems and needed the exact same repairs. In both cases, the mechanic kept finding things wrong with both vehicles, such that identicle repairs would cost the identicle amount of monet. That cost was $5000. Any kind of work he does on your car, will wind up Costing $5000. His magic number is $5000. After you pick your car up, something else malfunctions. You are then told the new problem had nothin
