My wife and I were interested in the Chevy Traverse and went to the dealership to look at the vehicle we had researched on the web site. Come to find out that these vehicles were not at the Valdosta location. Keauna, the sales rep interest us in test driving the GMC Acadia. We liked it and had him run some figures. I came home and did some research on the pricing of the vehicle and within a few days, I replied back to him with an offer. We communicated back and forth through text and email until we agreed on a sale price. Throughout the negotiation, he kept me informed. The day of the sale he made sure the vehicle was detailed and well presented. My wife and I were very pleased with the whole process and very impressed on how the car looked before we drove it home. I recently purchased a preowned vehicle from Prince Automotive and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience.The SUV is in excellent condition, heck like new. My salesman Key was very knowledgeable and got me quickly approved for my dream vehicle (GMC Yukon Denali). Key made this purchase stress free and he’s the most pleasant salesman I’ve ever encountered He was able to get us our best bang for our buck. He sat in the vehicle and explained/ showed us all the features. Also got on a call with Onstar to make sure we had access to their services. We were riding off in less than 2 hours. I had a great experience working with Matt when I purchased a used vehicle this summer. When I had my first (free!) scheduled oil change, Matt made an appointment for my service. The staff at the service desk was very helpful and polite, and even checked the battery on my start remote. The service itself was completed i a timely manner. Highly recommended.
