I've been working with this dealership since 2022 and they continue to do a great job. Mimi, Don, and John G. Have been great to me. The dealership is constantly busy and they provide what I have needed when asked. Their collision center did a great job also when someone rear ended my previous lease. I will say that the collision center does take a while but they do excellent and official work.
Jaden was so patient with me when I dropped off my car about 15 minutes before closing yesterday he tried to help me figure out why my headlights and radio would not turn off. When I came to pick it up today, he was my rep again very friendly and helpful, I talked to him about possibly trading in my vehicle. He encouraged me to at least come into the sales center. I talk to A sales person which I am in the process right now of considering trading my car.. They’re working up the numbers I would’ve never considered purchasing a new car if have not recommended that I look into it... I will request him each and every time I come from now on
My service experience was top notch! Paul helped me and he kept me posted on everything that was happening. They have great technology and services at this location. Definitely a 5 star experience. Paul, Jalen and Taylor were all super polite and helpful!
I made another recent visit to the service department and Juan always makes the experience simple and painless. He keeps me updated on the progress of my vehicle and anything else needed, plus he also makes every effort to accommodate my requests. You can actually enjoy visiting a service department when you get to work with someone like Juan.
