5-Star Review for a purchase that I was avoiding at all costs! I recently had my 240K mile 2014.5 Camry start experiencing transmission issues. After getting my car serviced the previous day, I knew a car purchase was coming. I did my research that night and was almost ready to drive to Tupelo for a cheaper, low mileage, used Camry. Luckily, salesman Adrian Wooliver called me while I was eating breakfast and discussed the options that were available. I am extremely frugal and cheap, and he was able to sell the car without pushing options that were out of my range. Very thorough, calm and knowledgeable. Excellent salesman. I had the best salesman from the first call to the time I left the lot! Gary did an excellent job at explaining different vehicles To me and helped me pick out the best and the right choice for me. There was no pressure at all and it was more about what I wanted and what my needs were. He then gave me over to Joe in financing who was more than happy to help me get my finances in order Since my insurance Company did not Follow through. He was with me every step of the way and made the process much easier And helped me de-stress a bunch! BJ Was also a fantastic help too! He was such a sweetheart!! I got my first car from them in 2020 And the customer service then was exceptional, which brought me back! And I couldn’t be any happier than I am now!
