Eight days ago, I was promised that a referral would be sent to another facility as Harmony House in Ocala is completely inappropriate and unsafe for my sister! Not only was a referral not sent, but then I was promised it would be sent the next day without fail! Not only have they not sent the referral a week later, but when I try to call and complain because they are not answering the phone, including to the manager on a cell phone I get a recording that I will have my car returned within 24 hours??? Going to Harmony House in Ocala is like walking through a horror show and things are going to get very very very serious if someone does not get a referral completed and over to encompass today! If I could give zero Stars stars, I would!!!!

Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor and concerns were often brushed off instead of being addressed. Staff turnover seemed high, which made consistency and follow-through a real issue. Management appeared more focused on appearances than on actually listening. Overall, it did not feel like the level of care or professionalism that was promised. I would strongly recommend doing thorough research and asking a lot of questions before choosing this company.

West Palm Beach. I was here 2 months when it was Brookdale. It wasn’t perfect but I really liked it. Priority took over 3 weeks ago and EVERYONE is complaining about the Food. Most of it is not fit for a dog. The maintenance is almost non existent and wait staff in the dining room is down to a few people. Right now unless there are some big changes I wouldn’t recommend this place. Check out before you come. I’m giving the benefit of the doubt, maybe they just need to get the new company settled in, let’s hope.

If I could give zero stars I would. My mom lived in Cortland of Howell which is closed. It does not surprise me. We moved mom to a smaller facility where she is getting the care she should have been getting all along. We used to find her pill cups in her room. She wasn't bathed and taken care of. They overmedicated her to just keep her in bed. These things we found out after her move and the Doctor said she hadn't been getting her meds based on her bloodwork. She is getting PT now and the attention she deserves. The staff was never consistent. So much turnover. Glad they closed.

If you like 10% rent increases for your loved one each year this assisted living company is the way to go.
