Have used this company a couple of times. Had a flat tire this morning on the way to work & called for a tow. Mike communicated when he was finishing his previous tow, when he was on the way, and when he arrived. Super nice & fast! Never have been towed so quick! Would definitely recommend Mike to assist!
Don’t call this towing company they promise they will show up and keep you waiting for hours Then after hours they show up and claim to charge per hour since the time of the first call Give you fake etas and only stealing your money
OH MY GOD THIS IS ONE OF THE WIRST COMPANIES I EVER SEE IN MY LIFE ..OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ONE OF THE WORST DRIVER THEY'RE VERY RUDE ONE OF THE WORST DRIVERS THEY HAVE HE ALMOST HIT ME AND MY FAMILY WHEN HE ENTER IN FRONT OF ME THEN HE GOT OUT IF THE TRUCK WANTS TO FIGHT BUT WHEN HE SAW ME IN UNFORM HE GOT INTO HES TRUCK AND NEVER SAY ANYTHING ..BUT THIS MATTER WILL BE HELD BY MY LAWYER
Wrongfully overpricing customers. Gets hostile when you ask certain questions. Not very communicative.
Mike took great care of loading and unloading my tool box. I will definitely use him and priority towing for my future needs.
