Lost my vehicle in an accident and needed a new one fast. Only wanted to make one trip to Yonkers so Simon worked with me and got everything needed done over the phone. From info about to car all the way to signing the paperwork. As I went to leave a small issue came up with the car (faulty sensor), Simon diagnosed the issue and allowed me to get the issue taken care of at a shop of my choosing and was professional enough to pay the whole bill without any issue. I appreciate all the help and professionalism I have received from Pristine. Anyone in need of a good vehicle at a good price I would recommend to Simon and his team.

Pristine Auto Care unfortunately misrepresents the features of some of its vehicles. I searched for BMWs with adaptive cruise control, and a BMW X3 from Pristine showed up. But that car clearly does not have adaptive cruise control. On that model of car, adaptive cruise control would be found in two buttons on the left hide side of the steering wheel. The photos clearly show that the car does not have adaptive cruise control because those buttons are missing. Shame on Pristine for misrepresenting features.
