We were referred by our neighbor that this auto shop does great work. And they did not disappoint! My Tesla windshield was damaged from a rock on the highway, and some body repaint was needed. We pulled in to get a quote and the service was so smooth so we decided to move forward. The attention they paid to our needs were magnificent. Even though the holiday was coming up, they finished the whole job so quickly. The communication on details are incredibly thorough too. If you also have a Tesla and thinking about replacing your windshield, do not hesitate to go there.

I decided to try this shop after my car was involved in a recent fender bender and I am glad I did. Arthur guided me through the entire process and made everything simple and stress free. The work was done with genuine care and attention to detail and it really showed. My car looked even better than before and the job was completed ahead of the promised date. If I ever need work done on my car again I will definitely return. I highly recommend giving them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I don’t even know where to start Pristine Collision Team is simply the best. The entire staff was amazing especially Arthur, Sarah, and Araik. They truly made the impossible possible. They finished my car earlier than expected and kept me updated every step of the way. What really impressed me was their communication. Not only did they call and text with updates, but they also sent me videos showing the progress of my car and what stage it was in. That level of transparency and professionalism is rare. They are extremely professional, detail-oriented, and clearly take pride in their work. I’m beyond happy and completely satisfied with the entire experience. I had a great experience with Pristine Collision Center in Hollywood after 2 (two) consecutive fender benders with my new Audi Q4. (Don’t ask😅) I was honestly pretty stressed about the damage since I really love this car, but David, Sarah, and the team immediately put me at ease. I wish I could give them six stars, Last month I was rear ended driving my Maserati Levante. There was substantial damage to the bumper and the back hatch. On friends recommendation I took my car to Pristine collision Center in Hollywood. They were amazing in every aspect from keeping me informed and returning the car in immaculate showroom condition. The bodywork and the paint job was marvelous and pristine. I’m extremely impressed, specially I already had high expectations. It looks like brand new car.
