Pritchett Tire & Alignment

PUT DIFFERENT TIRES ON THAN WHAT WE ORDERED ‼️ we had an appointment, ordered tires prior to it. Came in they changed tires and we noticed it’s not what we ordered. We did not receive a phone call or any notification that the tires were NOT what the customer ordered! The employee said “they switched”!! My husband and another employee looked the tires up and the ones we ordered WERE available! Needless to say we wasted 2 hours to keep our old tires. We checked to see if they would price match discount tire ($200 less than what Pritchett wanted to charge) and they would not. We asked for a FULL REFUND AND THEY COULDNT FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO THAT! So they cut us a check! For over $1200, now I have to take more time to go deposit/cash this? I’ve used this location for years but this was disrespe

Blew a tire on way from Florida to N. Carolina. AAA put on spare and recommended Pritchetts. They were great. Had my size in stock, which is not a common one. Gave me choice of quality and price. No pressure. I was back on the road in 30 minutes.

Stopped for fuel and saw that I had wires sticking out of my tires. I was supposed to leave for Florida the next morning. I called up Pritchett. They had the tires in stock, could fit me in that day, and had me back on the road in less than 2 hours! I was blown away. They’ll be seeing me and my vehicles again.

Great service the mechanics did great on my vehicle only waited a couple of hours which is not bad I didn't have to wait overnight everything was just excellent

Excellent service, short wait time, and very fair prices. I’ve been there twice now, once for an exhaust problem and once for tire repair. They have become my go to place for auto/truck service!
