Top notch products at good prices. Never had an item of theirs fail on me. Their customer support is touch and go but I haven't needed them much. Had an issue with a part and was able to get an immediate refund. My Civic Si is full of PRL parts and they'll continue to!

Purchased HVI V2 and intercooler for 2.0 Accord. Both times I experienced fast shipment and delivery, updates throughout the entire process. Also, Molly was very helpful and kind when I contacted support during installation.

I am very disappointed with PRL Motorsports and their handling of my P700 turbo failure. My P700 turbo broke shortly after installation - the turbine blades failed, and there was zero engine or exhaust damage. PRL asked me to send the turbo in for inspection, which I did immediately. It has now been over six months, and: • I have not received a replacement • I have not received a refund • My original turbo was never returned • My wastegate was also kept by PRL • Communication has been extremely slow • They denied warranty coverage with the explanation of "foreign object damage," even though my engine had no debris, no internal issues, and no damage whatsoever The only thing PRL offered was a discount on another turbo, which is unacceptable considering this was a premature failure on a prod

Bad customer service and poor quality control, good luck getting any replacement parts they pretty much told me I’m screwed and had to buy the whole kit again. Don’t trust reviews on their website they delete all negative ones.

I own one of the faster GTRs in Pittsburgh and the only shop that has ever touched it is PRL. They mechanics are meticulous and the fab shop really knows how to make things fit perfectly as a lot of my stuff is custom on the setup. They have supported me from day 1 of the build and seriously helped me out when I made some stupid mistakes and they had to go back in to fix the things that I broke. A+
