I bought a 2019 ford f-250 from pro auto finance. It was easy and simple. I walked in told them which vehicle I wanted to test drive and I was able to. Aladdin was awesome to work with. He made the progress easy and fun. It wasn't all about being serious. I would definitely recommend pro auto finance to anyone. Great people great vehicles and amazing service. Keep up the great work. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. It was great until I had given them my money and signed paperwork. I was 20 miles away from the dealership when I noticed on the highway that my truck would shake as I pressed on the brakes at a higher rate of speed (there wasnt enough gas to take it on the highway during the test drive) I immediately called and asked if the brakes and rotors had been assessed or changed and it was confirmed they had not been. They told me I could come all the way back up from Columbus and they would replace them for free. I took time off work and drove 2.5 hours up there (text when I was on the way) and when I got there the mechanic “didn’t show up”. They sent me to get the truck aligned.
