Everyone is always so friendly, helpful & professional. I've been going there for years & they are very honest with they're evaluation of your car. They explain everything you car needs & what your options are. Very accommodating when you "do a walk in" & do their best to fit you in that day if they can. Definitely recommend them.

Glad I bought our 2008 Suburban here for a pretty major repair. They did a great job, were very thorough with inspecting and diagnosing. I felt the price was fair. The employees are friendly and helpful. I wish we lived a little closer to the shop but worth the trip. Will definitely be back and highly recommended!

Procat made my dad’s car drive like new again. My father had passed away a few years ago and his car sat in the driveway the entire time. When my mom passed away, I inherited the vehicle. I wasn’t sure if there would be any way to get it back up and running again as the car looked like it had been pulled from a lake. Thankfully, everyone at Procat was up for the challenge. This car means so much to me, and I know my dad would have been thrilled to see it back on the road. He was a long-time customer, and I’m certain this would've put a smile on his face. While the repairs took longer than expected, the result is perfect. No more exhaust noise and the check engine light is off. Staff was always pleasant and kept me up to date on costs and progress.
