Pro Clean Car Wash

This place is a ripoff. The cheapest “economy” wash is $16 and it doesn’t even dry your car. Gotta pay $20 for that! What car wash, let alone a $16 car wash, doesn’t at least blow some air as you drive out? On top of that, it didn’t even clean the rear of my mid-size SUV properly. I’ll never be back.

So I decided to visit again after reading one of the reviews that said touch free is the left and center lanes and soft touch is the right lane. They were correct. It is convenient that since it is automated, they are always open. I came for a wash again after hitting the gym at Apex at night and used the touch free lane this time. The top 2 packages have the underbody wash, which will cost you $22 or $24. It does a decent job to get grime and dust off your car, so it is useful when you don't have the time to wash your car thoroughly by hand. After the wash, I pulled into a spot to use their vacuums only to see they charge separately for that, which seems ridiculous for it not to be included in the $20+ package prices. UPDATE: I went here a few weeks ago and the wash actually made my car look worse. I looked everywhere for help but there was no one to be found. It was irresponsible of the owner to leave the car wash open with poor quality and no one to help. Original: I've only been here twice and both times I got the $20 version, and vacuumed the car. Both times my car was filthy going in and clean spotless coming out. The vacuum is the strongest I've used. The directions are idiot proof, and that's my kind of place.
