So like most people on here probably found ProColor through their insurance. Mine was with GIECO and they were the preferred body shop. After seeing the reviews, it put my mind at ease knowing they’re very reputable. I have a newer car so getting parts was a bit of a challenge and it’s also an EV. I initially spoke with a front end office person named Mimi and Victoria who was the Office Manager. They were both very welcoming and knowledgeable. I ended up talking to the Service Advisor Scott and he was the one who kept me updated with regularity, estimates, parts and also assisted with my rental. The team at this location is outstanding! They kept me informed and updated every step of the way, going above and beyond throughout the entire process. I’m beyond satisfied with their service and will definitely return for any future body work needs. I highly recommend them to anyone! They even took the extra step of washing and cleaning both the inside and outside of my car which was so nice of them! My car looked amazing after and like brand new again! Thank you guys so much!
