Ty is a true perfectionist and master of his trade. Had wash and ceramic coating done. He goes over everything in detail. Answers any and all questions and explains process and how product works. I will definitely be back. Look at pictures. It is perfect!

I had a fantastic experience with the guys at Pro Era! I was able to get my car in immediately after inquiry, and the work took maybe 7 hours (my car was pretty dirty on the inside) at a fair price. When I picked up the car, I was astonished by how clean it was. I really didn't think they would be able to get the stains out of the seat, but they were able to with no complaints! I would recommend anybody take their vehicle here. Their work is excellent. Side note: The dirt in my car from the after pictures is from my boots due to the nature of my work, not Pro Era.

Pro Era is amazing! I no longer live in Illinois and I still go back to get my car detailed by them when I can. I’ve had both interior and exterior done and each time they do a fantastic job. It’s reasonably priced and beyond amazing customer service. I highly recommend!
