The staff are knowledgeable, honest, and don’t try to upsell me on things I don’t need. They explained everything clearly and the pricing was fair. My vehicle was ready when promised and runs perfectly. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them.
Took my mom's car to pro image, for two issues, 1st, thought bad tire but they determined was due to cold weather messing up the censors. 2nd, Then just took today Tuesday DEC 12th they installed new brakes and pads, which cost alot less, (then the other dealership who had to put 2 sets on her car and still gave me back the car with faulty issues, which has squeezed for 6 months after I picked it up.) Let me say that Pro Image solved the problem and no squeaking or other issues, they work great. Kuddos to the shop !!!

GREAT FAIR PRICES 👏 GREAT MECHANICS DID MY MOMS BRAKES AND WHEEL BALANCE AFTER GETTING SHAFTED ON A BIG DEALERSHIP BRAKE JOB TWICE BACK TO BACK 2000$ LOST AND THESE GUYS FIXED EVERYTHING TO PERFECTION 👌 WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMEND I WILL BE RETURNING FOR FUTURE SERVICE AND VERY HONEST AND DOWN TO EARTH GOOD NATURED PEOPLE IN MY EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 👍
