Pro Italian has been around for a long time and there’s a reason for it. It’s a great store with people who love riding. I’ve known Larry G (General manager) for years and I’ve pretty much purchased all my motorcycles through him. Larry has always treated me as a friend and he’s someone I trust. For this recent purchase, I saw a bike in their pre-owned department and ended up trading in my current bike for the pre-owned. Larry had Art (sales) help me with the transaction and the test ride. Art was very helpful and made the transaction smooth and easy. He’s easy going and has a good sense of humor. Giovanni in finance had me in and out quickly so I could get riding. I highly recommend Art and Giovanni. Art handled all aspects of the sale very efficiently with great communication before and after the sale. Everyone I encountered at Pro Italia was super friendly and very knowledge on the magnificent machines they were selling. Art was my salesperson and while I visited the shop several times to look around, I never felt pressured into making a hasty decision. Art would follow up and ask if I had any questions but he never pushed me to take action. When I was ready to make a purchase, Art walked me through several options (new and used bikes) so I could make the right choice for me. I went with a new Ducati Multistrada RS and I am very happy! Just moved to the foot of the Crest and had to get a new bike to enjoy it with. Art was the perfect sales rep -- gave me all the info I needed and let me nose around everything in a totally helpful and unobtrusive way. No pressure whatsoever.
