I was far from home so I Google searched the area and called Promaxx Transmission and got an immediate response. They knew exactly what was needed and explained the entire process to me. Customer service was the best I have experienced in a long time, the team was professional and courteous, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the repairs. Called ProMaxx because someone told me they were the best. Well, I was definitely not disappointed. From start to finish this was a top notch experience. I called them because the transmission on my truck was in desperate need of repair. From the first phone call, which I was politely informed that they are affiliated with ProMaxx towing so I didn’t have to worry about getting my truck to the shop, down to the last phone call letting me know that old Betsy was ready for me to pick up, these guys were on point. All repairs were done in a timely manner, and the pricing was well better than I was expecting from a service shop!!! They kept me informed of what was being done, and they actually finished my truck a full day before they said it would be ready. Overall it was as painless as possibl
