Gosh where to begin..... our experience with ProRV started about 2.5 to 3 years ago when we were looking for a motorhome for ourselves. Our encounter with Neal as a salesman was unlike any we had ever had. Lots of patience while he showed us the coach and answered at least a million questions. Absolutely no pressure. He was all about education with no bias. We ended up not purchasing that coach for personal reasons. The Pro RV Team really has a family feel to the selling process. First of all Neal gave me a true discount and stuck by it even when presented with my transaction choice. Second of all Ron took my down payment over the phone and gave me all the time in the world to plan my 10 hr. one-way trip to the Greater D.F.W. area with a no pressure close that I found to be amazing. Third Penny had me in and out on a prompt and on point closing and back to The Rio Grande Valley for a 10 hr. drive. We recently performed an independent Certified Inspection of a 2022 Thor Hurricane 34J and Raul DeBenedictis was the Salesperson. This was the most amazing buying experience of any major purchase I have ever had! I am new to the motor coach world, but not camping. I have had a travel trailer for years and I use it for fun as well as for work travel/living when necessary. I decided about a year ago to start looking to upgrade to a diesel pusher.
