Pro Shine Car Wash

Great staff very friendly. I come here every week they do an amazing job on cleaning my car. This is the only carwash I will go to.

I've had my car washed here twice. The first time was excellent-so good that I came back for a second visit. The owner is welcoming and warm, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the second experience didn't match the first. The employees weren't as thorough, and I had to point out several areas that still had bugs and dirt. Even after that, I ended up cleaning parts of the car myself once I got home. I wish the same team from my first visit had handled the second one. Overall, the service feels inconsistent.

Please read before you go! BEWARE!! There is no corporate office/customer service number to contact if your car is damaged, which is what happened to mine today. The manager on duty today, said her name was Lisa, I have no idea if that's true, but she made it very clear that If your car is damaged at that facility, you are out of luck. Anyway, after that remark she turned and walked away and offered nothi

Am very disappointed. First time using this car was service payed for the more expensive one thinking they will do a better job. Took one hour with the car just to leave so many dirty spots on the interior and exterior of the car. Had to re wash it myself. Waste of time and money not going back.

Damaged Brand New Vehicle!!! It's really disappointing when you bring your brand new vehicle in for a wash and it ends up being damaged… I informed the staff about it, they claimed that they received the vehicle in that condition, but after some insistence, they found the damaged missing part in their machine. The part was so damaged that you couldn't even clasp it back on. I went through the process of filling out paperwork, including your personal information and the vehicle's VIN, and were told that you'd receive the dealership's OEM part. (Not posting the paper for obvious reasons). However, when i went to pick it up, it turned out to be the wrong part. Even after bringing it back and them claiming to order the correct one, you received another knock-off incorrect part. It's really fru
