If you are looking to get any automotive work done my husband and I highly recommend Protec. Honest reliable work with great customer service with great prices. We have had mechanical and collision work and the work is top notch. Very pleased

I am not happy with this business. The car still makes noise on the passenger side, but they repaired a part on the driver side. (the wrong side). I also found parts not put back on the car they said they didn’t have anything to do under the hood. They were the only mechanics that were working on the car or somebody broke into it while it was at their shop. I took the car there because they were supposed to be very good. I would not take a vehicle there again. 😡

These guys worked on my 2021 Sierra the work was top quality and they did the work in Avery timely manner to get my truck back on the road. We were so happy with the turnaround webrought my wifes 2019 Acadia there for work the next day and they completed work from brakes to alignment, as well replacing mirror all with a fast turnaround and quality work! This was my first time using Pro Tec in Linwood. From scheduling my appointment to pick up it was a great experience. They diagnosed the issue and answered all of my questions regarding what needed to be done to complete the repair. My truck was done before anticipated and cheaper than quoted. They do a great job! Have all skills and all tools. Thi shop is a capitol of automotive excellence. My only regret is letting others know how awesome this shop is. Because then they're going to be booked and can't get me in.
