My car was making a ticking sound that my mechanic wasn’t familiar with so I came to Pro Tech. He handled a customer then asked me to pull upfront. He looked at it for literally 5 seconds closely, turned it off. Walks into his shop then back and reached in, then turned it on. No sound anymore. No charge. Just a kind man doing quality work. My experience with him showed me enough in 1 minute to know he knows exactly what he’s doing and doesn’t care about your money. Just wanted to do a great job at what he is highly experienced with. Mark is very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Really has a sense for people and honestly can't say enough good things about the dude. I drive 300 miles away and he keeps me on the road.

This place did an amazing job on my car. Had a timing chain out of time which is no walk in the park....they got my car in and out the next day. My car makes no more noises its not missing anymore and sounds and runs great. Prices are more than reasonable. Very happy customer and will definitely be returning for any future mechanic needs. Many thanks to this shop for taking care of my car!

Heat out on both driver/passenger side .. Had blend doors replaced on both sides .. Even fixed mistakes done by another mechanic that was done days earlier.. Highly recommended, very clean shop , great mechanics.. I now have heat , Great Job !
