Jerry and the team got my 06 GTO back on the road after a bad transmission knocked all the wind out of my sails.. Jerry was very understanding in that the dealership I bought the car from was playing the “wasn’t like that when we sold it “ game .. in the end the dealership paid for the replacement and labor costs.. it was the understanding and patience and last but not least the quality of craftsmanship in the face of possible non payment issues ( I would of ended up paying for it ) that sold me .. Wonderful experience! Dealership misdiagnosed my vehicles AC issue and ProTec fixed it correctly and my air has been working amazing! My 1 year old and I are very happy now! 😊

This is a great place. I was heading to Gladwin about a third of the way. Driving my old Durango with 283000 miles on it. Front end started to vibrate. Luckily I was near them. Walked in 30 minutes before they closed. They checked my car out even though they were very busy,, and told me what the problem was. Told me to drive it easy back home and see my mechanic to get it fixed. They did not charge me! Very nice and helpful.
