Bait-and-Switch Pricing - You're Trapped Once You Agree A Total Rip-Off ProTech Automotive is a complete scam. They give you a repair price to get you to agree, and then once you're committed, they hit you with a bill that has a bunch of new "charges" you never approved. You are stuck at that point with no options. You have to pay to get your car back. They are super expensive, treat you like garbage, and absolutely do not stand behind their work when it inevitably fails. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Get a written estimate from anywhere else. Please learn from my expensive mistake.
