Pro Tire Service

Our rear right tire pressure dropped 15 psi and warning light went off. We googled tire places and Pro Tire was three miles away. We stopped in and they were very nice. They took our suv in right away and found a bolt punctured the tire. They made the repair and had us on our way in 45 minutes. We were able to continue our mini trip around the area. Great service, great people!

Unbelievable. The people here have no regard for their customers. I have called in multiple times, got in contact with a woman who listens to my voicemails once, and now it only ever goes to voicemail. I have told them to call me back, and they never do. All I did was give my tire measurements in order to have them place an order, and it’s been over a week now. I’m driving on a donut, I cannot be waiting this long for a response about ONE tire. Do not waste your time nor your money here.

My dad and I have been using there services for years and last week I went for a nail in my tire that they didn’t fix, they said they fixed it, charged me and my card information was also hacked. Todd spoke aggressively over the phone to me and was completely unprofessional and rude. I will be telling everyone about this terrible experience.

On my way to Philadelphia I got stranded on the road with a flat. Thankfully, Pro Tire Service was right up the street. They got me 2 new tires and repaired a 3rd on my vehicle at a great price. It's really nice to see that there are genuinely good people out there willing to help when you need it and Pro Tire Service and their entire team is just that, good people wanting to help.
