Requested roadside assistance from AAA and they got Pro Towing to dispatch a driver to me. Got call from them confirming driver was on his way. Waited little longer than they said but not a problem as my driver didnt charge me for going the extra mile, he also checked my engine and gave me couple suggestions for next steps!

I got an ETA of 45 minutes which I didn’t really like because I have an appointment this morning but the driver SAOOMON was here within 10 minute and and had the tire changed efficiently and accurately within 5 minutes! Impressive PRO TOWING! Thank you SAOOMON! I would have never made it to my appointment this morning if it wasn’t for you!!!

Alex was my tow truck driver. He was very friendly and patient. I was impressed with his expertise and skill. He explained what I needed to know regarding towing with AAA. The receptionist on tjr phone was also friendly and helpful.

Horrible experience. I was supposed to get tow truck by 7 15. per AAA request. I booked it at 6 20. At 7 they call me to inform there is a delay and truck will arrive by 8. I got the truck at 8 35. The truck ramp was not working. They sent me a broken truck and could not load my car. They ordered an other truck and told me ill get it in 20 minutes. I got it at 9 25, which was supposed to be 7 15 tow became a 2 hour delay. After he arrived, I requested him to let me sit in my car because the front passenger seat was DISGUSTING with lots of stains and holes and smelled rotten. He told me to take UBER if I didn't like it. Horrible customer service. Was supposed to reach office by 8 30 and attend a meeting. Now im going at 11.00 and missed something important at my work.

I had a very disappointing experience with this towing company. First, the lady behind the counter was extremely disrespectful, and both employees I spoke to were rude. Second, the driver at the accident scene told me that if I brought the car title to their shop, everything would be free. However, when I went to the shop, they tried to charge me $275. This is dishonest and unacceptable. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
