Alain had my climbing partner’s van for months. After taking zero action on the project, my partner took his van back and had the work done elsewhere. However, it took six more months for Alain to return his $20K prepayment. When we visited his office to demand the money (after months or calls and emails), we met other folks who were owed money and work by Alain. It was comical how many people had the same story. The office was strewn with disorganized packages and trash. Alain and his team do beautiful work, but don’t seem to know how to run a business. I suggest finding a more professional outfit for your van project.

I had been looking at options for adding extra passenger seating in my Sprinter and decided to see what a builder would recommend and charge. I meet Alain when I visited Pro Van. Speaking to him was like having a conversation with myself. Alain understood what I wanted, the Pros and Cons of each option and explained in great detail how he and his team would approach the work to be done. In the end, I decided on a foldaway two person bench seat. His approach towards the install was awesome. Alain fit me into his installation schedule within 2 days of me receiving the seat. He promised me a same day completion and he delivered

Allan, and his crew are incredible. Beyond knowledge - this sort of thing is what Pro Van lives and breathes - and has for over 30 years. We went in with a faulty install from another van builder of our Velit heater. I have no doubt it is now done, and done properly. We slept out in the desert last night and were cozy for the first time at the temperatures . We will make the trip to Vegas forevermore whenever we need any repairs or alterations to our campervan!! Can’t recommend enough.
