Pro Wash & Window Tint Capital Heights

Definitely washed my car, but didn’t wash my car 😔. Car still has bird poop (stain)on the back window, inside of my car was not cleaned properly smh. I don’t know if it’s because they were about to close. But I waited to be service for over 50 mins . Unfortunately I won’t be back , here are the pictures below . I really wanted to like this place 😔

I don’t typically don’t leave reviews but when the service provided goes beyond my expectation i feel obligated. The full service wash left my suv looking like it just came off the showroom floor. Thanks

I have a truck And just because the people are short, they think they don't have to get the windows and top of the truck. I asked the lady. Can she get my rear window better? She said she's too short. So that's my problem not coming back.

I can't say enough good things about this place. They essentially detailed my car for $45 including a 30% tip (well deserved). The interior and exterior were immaculate. I just hoped that they would have cleaned my trunk jams but that was easy to do when the rest of the car is immaculate. Thanks so much, I will return soon and often!

I like the car wash, but they NEVER completely clean the sut off my rims. I always have to finish it myself after paying $40 plus tips.... Clean the rims thoroughly please. Thank you.
