I am so grateful to ProCo Detailing for taking such good care of my car making it look and smell brand new! I had spilled a protein shake in my car and even with my best efforts couldn’t get it out. Not only did this company completely get rid of the smell, they truly stand behind their work. From the very first interaction, I felt well taken care of. Aesha was able to get me in for an appt the very next day and was so kind about my embarrassing mistake. The entire crew there was incredibly understanding and worked with me to find the best solution. They are very reasonably priced, other detailers were quoting me $400 just to get the interior detailed without even addressing the root problem. After researching auto detailers in my area, I found ProCo Detailing. A couple of reasons for the selection as my vehicle detailer were a.) competitive price, b.) convenient location (in North Loveland), and c.) great reviews. When I contacted them, my work schedule was very dynamic. Initially, I spoke Aisha - and we began to look for openings that worked with their schedule and mine. One thing I LOVED was that I was able to book an appointment through her via text message. Aisha was responsive and always ready with an answer. I dropped off my Toyota Highlander for a wash and wax, I got to meet Aisha face to face. These guys are the Best! Customer service is top notch! I had my new Subaru in for tinted windows, ceramic coating and the clear mask on the hood, door handle and mirrors. They did a superb job on all! I love the ceramic coating! My car is beautiful! It shines more than the day I drove it off the dealership lot! They suggested tinting the windows and I am so glad I had them do it. They did a great job and I love not having so much sun glare now. And to top it off, they did a complete detail on it. Matt and his team did an excellent job on my car! It was no easy feat considering I have two kids and a German Shepherd. I picked up a spotless car and also had the headlights restored. The team was friendly and efficient and kept me informed throughout the day. Highly recommend!
