Nov 12, 2025 Update: I finally got my car back and it looks great! They detailed it and cleaned the intereior. The delay was due to parts not coming in on time. If they can work on the communication piece, that would be amazing. I dropped off my car on Oct 2 and it was promised to me on Oct 15. That date has now changed six times and no one from this body shop can be bothered to give me a courtesy call and an update. When I call to ask about the hold-up, they keep telling me they are waiting for a part and will update me when it comes re: the new completion date. !!!DO NOT COME HERE!!! Should have read the comments before I sent my car here to get my catalytic converter replaced. Pat- the “manager” - has the utmost worst professionalism I have ever experienced. My catalytic converter got stolen on 11/19/25 and I proceeded to bring it to this shop because it was recommended by GEICO. This is the third time this has happened so I already know how the story goes. Should be a simple inspection, order the parts, and replace the parts. I would have understood if they had just told us the truth about what was going - staff shortage, overbooked shop, etc. But instead the “manager” continued to tell me a different story every time I called and told me he would call me back every single time. GEICO actually recommend me this place and let me tell you guys, I was in complete disarray when my car was crashed because it wasn’t drivable at all. Not only is my car drivable now but they made my car look completely new!! They even washed my car and cleaned the interior 🥹 They keep great communication with you throughout the process, this place actually cares about their customers !! I give them a 10/10 !! Wow! What can I say? This was a repair after an auto collision. I didn’t know what to expect as I had never been in an accident before. Service was top notch and I was kept informed every step of the way. My car looks and feels brand new just like the first day I got it. I had a wonderful experience. My car was ready the next day, the communication was amazing and they were super helpful. Highly recommended. I still am shocked they found a catalytic converter that quickly.
