2022 Kia Soul owner here 👋 Don’t come here unless you’re okay with a crappy job and being without a car for weeks longer than you should be. So, some kid hit my car with his dirt bike resulting in, what I think, are fairly minor damages. I looked on Google for a shop and brought my car here solely based on the reviews. I was quoted about $2,500 for the repair, and was told it would be about 5-7 days for it to be ready. Not ideal, but I went for it. They then found additional COSMETIC damages (which wasn’t surprising) and adjusted my quote to $3200, but instead of calling me, as most places would, they emailed me despite having my number causing another 3 day delay before they even started the repairs. Took my sons truck to get some front end damage repaired and painted, and I’m glad I did. So far from what I can see, they did an awesome job. The gentleman who assisted me were very nice and even gave me a discount since I decided to pay out of pocket versus using my insurance, not to mention some other courtesy touch ups they did for me on their own. Definitely would recommend them to take care of all your needs. A+++ service and they did great job!!!

I chose this shop based strictly on the reviews and they were rated higher than other shops in the area. My experience started great but soon turned into the worst service I've experienced at a shop. On top of that, the rates were higher. "You get what you pay for" did not equate in this case. In previous experiences with a body shop, once the estimate and appraisal were done, I didn't have to do anything else. With this experience I had to do the follow-up with the insurance company and the body shop. Otherwise, I'd still be waiting for supplements to be approved and work to be done. After the work was done the shop said we're waiting for the check from the insurance company and we'll call you as soon as we receive it. I followed up with the shop a week later on a Wednesday and they said
