I had an excellent experience with Pro Color Collision! From start to finish, their service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood every step of the process. They kept me updated regularly, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience stress-free. The quality of their work is exceptional! You can really tell they take pride in what they do and care about their customers. It’s rare to find a place that’s both professional and genuinely kind, but Pro Collision definitely delivers on both. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality collision repair.

They offered pleasant and kind service, however, I dropped my car off to fix a headlamp that after I was called in to pick up and had paid, found the headlamp was not fixed and had to wait. Like what? I had to really talk them into fixing the headlamp while they were telling me the other stuff that was fixed that I hadn’t even noticed. After finally getting the headlamp fixed I noticed the contents left behind in my car had been rummaged through. Nothing taken that I can tell but I am totally disappointed that a custom made bangle of angels I keep on my stick shift was broken. No one mentioned they had to move my things inside my car. And although my things may not be worth much to the onlooker, that bangle meant a lot to me as it was custom made and cannot be replaced. I felt like my thi

Can I give more than 5 stars?!!! This company cares for their customers AND their employees! It shows in their customer service! Fixing a car can take weeks, but yall are the best at keeping the customer informed on the process, and get it done as quickly as possible! Will take my car here any day!!

I have used ProColor Collision twice and each time they have done a great job on my vehicle and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.
