Proctor Subaru Service

We always have a great experience at proctor today I was running late from an outer county and Michael still let me come and get my oil change even though my appointment was half an hour earlier. These little things make proctor Subaru our favorite!

I had an issue with my 2024 Outback which I purchased at Proctor Subaru. I reached out and within a couple days my vehicle was in the shop. My loaner car was ready and I was out the door in 10 minutes. Fast forward to today when I picked up my car, they had it parked up front, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great group of people, I truly appreciate their great service. Subaru for life.

Great service. Two people waited on me immediately and got my part, a new phone holder. And I had a 20% off coupon. Yay.

Billy, Michael, and the whole team at the service center went above and beyond to help me today. I’d been experiencing issues with my Forester for days and couldn’t figure out the problem. They were welcoming, the check in process was smooth, and I felt very confident the issue would be resolved.
