My fuel pump went out suddenly during the holiday block time I had for leave, dealerships didnt respond to my calls till three days later and I needed it fixed as quick as possible. He called me back within 5 minutes and told me to have it towed to his shop and he would look at it and see what was needed and get it ordered as quick as he could. Within 2 hours he called and said what part was needed and had it ordered. It arrived the next day and installed. You can't beat his rate and parts price for the quick professional work he does and accommodates you in a pinch. If you need anything done I highly recommend going here, he is friendly, professional and we will be going back for any needs that arise in the future on our vehicles.

My 2008 Cadillac broke down about 1 hour out of town when I was traveling on a Friday night. I called many of the auto repair shops in both Madras and in Bend and none of the would stay after 5 PM to fix the SUV EXCEPT Ricardo at Prodigy Automotive. Tow truck got the car to his shop at 5:30 and he got the parts and had the SUV fixed by 7:30 PM.
