Professional Auto Service Supercenter

Been coming here 25+ years. Had a "less than optimal" experience a few weeks ago. Posted a "less than optimal" review. After a couple days, I deleted it. After a couple weeks, I decided anyone can have a bad day and one bad day does not negate all those years James and Amanda run the best auto repair business I have ever dealt with. My biggest takeaway? The most honest people I have ever dealt with. If you have not tried them, give them a chance. You will be pleased.

I can't begin to tell you how thankful I am for everyone at professional Auto service. They were extremely helpful and patient with me. I called them about a repair for my vehicle 2016 Chevy equinox they told me to bring it right in and I did and I'm so glad I did. They were so diligent in ensuring that I got my vehicle back timely unlike most mechanics I was updated regularly informed of everything and I truly feel that I received not just the best price but the best service and work. 0 stars if I could. Had work done at this place they put aftermarket parts without telling me and a battery. I was told Friday to return the battery and get a full refund by the daughter but went today Monday and the mother / owner of the place refused to give a refund. I have my car at another auto shop. Getting it fix. Witch is what I paid this shop to do. The owner was very unprofessional.
