I had a great experience at Professional Automotive. I am a new customer and I took my vehicle in for maintenance and to check the brakes. I was able to make my appointment online, which was super convenient. I received a text message with what they reviewed before they came in to talk with me. Honest and forthcoming mechanics, which isn't always the case these days. I will definitely use for my car maintenance needs!

I was traveling and experiencing some issues with my A/C and engine. I stopped at multiple shops and a dealership to get diagnostics and quotes. I was told I needed an A/C compressor and rear main seal repair feom all sources. I decided to get a final quote from Professional Automotive and spoke with Frank. He arranged for me to stop by and get a diagnosis the same day. They did a detailed diagnostic and determined I had an engine gasket leak (which was supposedly repaired less than a year ago by another shop) and the A/C only needed a minor repair. I skeptically left my vehicle with them and hoped for the best. They had my vehicle for several days and provided timely updates on the status of my repairs.
